This is not yet a full implementation of AlphaGo. Development is being carried out on the develop branch.

I suggest they don't call it AlphaGo. Even if it's not trademarked it's confusing and impolite.

I think a certain framework like fishtest for stockfish chess engine should be created so that willing people can borrow their CPUs in order to train the network.

Stockfish has like 120 active CPUs at all times I think, so while it's not like the hardware from google at least it won't cost as much.
