Does it really not have a way to import games from a URL or Dropbox? I bought it almost immediately, and momentarily contemplated trying to get a refund.

As it stands, it's sitting here to the side analyzing my most recent OGS game.

I did a similar research in Zen Deep Learning and this is what I found out. The following data is a rough impression of winning rate at the beginning of the game:

Handicap stones as a varible:
h0, komi 6.5, 49% b's move
h1, komi 0.5, 53% b's move
h2, komi 0.5, 41%
h3, komi 0.5, 35%
h4, komi 0.5, 30%
h5, komi 0.5, 26%
h6, komi 0.5, 21%
h7, komi 0.5, 17%
h8, komi 0.5, 13%
h9, komi 0.5, 11%

komi as a varible in order to make 50%:
h2, 50%, komi 14.5
h3, 50%, komi 24.5
h4, 50%, komi 33.5
h5, 50%, komi 41.5
h6, 50%, komi 51.5
h7, 50%, komi 59.5
h8, 50%, komi 68.5
h9, 50%, komi 78.5

On iOS, you can transfer SGF files via iTunes file sharing. It would be much better for the app to support importing and exporting via share extensions, but it's a start.
I saw that, but the only time I run iTunes is when I plug my phone into my work computer for power and it launches background windows asking if I want to sync. They accumulate over course of the day until I have to close several at once to close iTunes.

Now if only Kirk was still here to explain that iTunes isn't as crappy as we all think it is...

Another question: does the email export only provide the SGF, or can you export the analysis as well via email?

I wish the analysis could be exported, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Also, I wish that one could see the "best variation" recommended by the computer (several moves ahead), but I didn't find a way to see that either (it just shows one recommended move).
