Considering Iyama is the strongest pro in japan by far, it's really funny to see how japanese are so far behind chinese and koreans in go.

Up to that game, the score between Iyama and Park was 2-2. Now 3-2 in Park's favor. I don't see that's so far behind.

Park was one of the international players he'd done relatively well against. I believe that since the turn of the year, he's 0-2 vs. Park Junghwan, 1-1 vs. Ke Jie, 0-1 vs Mi Yuting, and 0-1 vs. Lee Sedol, for a total of 1-5. Leaving aside the snark, he had many games, and the results are pretty bad.
