In the upper middle of the board both blue and red have alive shapes. On the upper right edge is a seki. The single red and single blue stones in the middle only have 1 liberty each, but cannot capture each other. In the lower right is a ladder. If red adds a move blue will capture them all next. Finally in the lower left is an example of blue not playing the ladder correctly. Blue cannot atari red next because red will capture that stone. Also red has miai to make a one space jump to either side making an alive shape.
