I'm 28, and I kind of feel like whatever I am I guess. I don't really think about it a great deal, but I certainly don't think I feel much younger or older

...and how old do you feel? I started this same thread on GD exactly one year ago on the occasion of my 51st birthday. In the interest of furthering the introduction of new members and celebrating my next, I'm starting it here. I'm 52. When I get up in the morning I feel 62, as the damaged C8/T1 disc is always a little sore if I lie in one position for more than an hour. That goes away in about 2 minutes. The knees loosen up about 1/2 hour later. By breakfast time I feel 52 again. At least once, maybe twice a week I play volleyball with a group that ranges from 20 to 55. But I can keep up with people in their 30's, and I feel like I'm 30 again. ( Those people in their 40s are awfully slow! ) |

41. Mostly I feel young still. When I look in the mirror or at photos I'm sometimes surprised how old I've gotten. I'm still in decent shape thanks probably to exercise, eating right-ish, and good genes...but my hair is gray and my skin is rougher and more lined than it was 10 or 20 years ago. Also once in a while something reminds me that I'm getting old. I've got some tendinitis now. I get pain in my lower back when I abuse it. That didn't used to happen.

I'm 28 for about another month. At work, my closest colleges are three decades my senor. Yes, I can type faster than them, but I wonder if I'll ever be able to keep up with them (we write code). On the other hand, when playing Go, I wonder if I'll ever be able to keep up with the 12 year old kids. |

25, and I feel like 40 when I just wake up, 20 after a nice cup of tea, then gradually normalising to my actual age throughout the day unless I have an intake of sugary things or chocolately goodness |
