***
First off, calling this all territory is a bit of a misconception. It's potential, for sure, but it's not territory as yet. White's stones still have aji also.

Secondly, with the black group on the right somewhat stabilised, I'm not sure it's the best move... consider the alternatives]
;W[iq]WL[1073.928]C[Now I'm not so sure. My opponent just stakes out his own claim to big territory, which is more likely because it's partly in the corner and not the center. That makes the next move obvious.]
(;B[cq]BL[999.229]C[Attack in a big way, and saddle White with thickness!I didnt thnk I could play something like L3 or even O6, which are both much too small. If I cap at J5, I'm just going to end up with a floating stone. I don't know if F3 works.

***
So, the move itself is okay, but this is not an attack, it's an invasion. Thickness isn't something you saddle someone with, because it's not a burden. If you want to set up an attack, you might consider something to the right to split white up, but white can play M3 at any time, which is quite nice. This is part of why I'm skeptical of G11]

***
No, black needs to respond to the threat, despite there being followup threats.

Also, it's a two step ko for white, so white needs to win a second ko to kill after winning this ko, so it's more favourable to black than it seems. White needs to spend 3 moves to kill for 20 points or less, which works out to an efficiency of 6 points and change per move. That's not actually all that amazing, and black can probably do better by playing 2 unanswered moves anywhere on the board so early on.]
