This is me vs a 17 kyu I am white. I ended up blundering it at the very end. I should have just connected the two eyes. I have to do more life and death problems. Regarding the 8K, I was reading on Wiki an 8k player can beat a computer. In my mind that seems like something I would want to do.
Thanks again, I will be lurking around this form a lot more, and maybe when I reach a level that I can contribute something, I will.

Thanks for the wonderful replies . Especially Gresil and Toge.
I suggest you study direction of play and reducing large frameworks (moyo).
That is exactly what I need at the moment, would you happen to know of any good books on the subject? I know I need to make my groups work together ...
