Kiseido seems to have published commented game collections for both the 8th and 10th Kisei matches. The author is listed as John Power. That should be enough to find them.

I'm curious about this. How is it that a person selected without the AGA cannot be called the American representative? By what authority could that possibly be enforced? Is this just the typical behavior for an organization trying to ensure its relevance?

I believe iTunes has the whole thing dubbed and available for purchase. Blu-ray for animation seems pointless. There's hardly any detail worth a higher resolution.
