Life In 19x19

About three years ago around the age of 13 I played my best then couldn't play anymore. I remember faintly the moves I would
pull on the board but now after I picked up the game again I cant seem to return to what I was. I love to play, but I stopped.

Why? I started to lose every game. And that ...

I want better control of my emotions so I can have a better control of my game.

1) I like to say I play using instinct though my "instinct" is just a bunch of memorized formations and reactions to people playing the same move all the time.

2) My emotions effect my game to much and I easily lose control of the board on a bad day.

3) I never read a single go book in my life ...

Have you ever fought a serious battle vs yourself? If so, how did it go?

When I did it was incredibly hard. It went on for hours. I got so mad at white when I played black and vise versa. When white won because I made a mistake with black it felt like a loss even though it was also my win. And so ...

Well. I went to KGS for the first time as a guest. Usually I play around on flyordie. I was challenged by a random opponent. I dont think he was the strong one I was looking for. He submitted before the match became dirty. I dont know what kyu he was.

Well, after the weaknesses in my new play were pointed out I decided to take what I leaned. I feel like my aggressive play is still weak though. I need major improvement. At least I'm not receiving the pity handy cap anymore. I think my formations are still really weird. I believe I am still doing ...

Thank you, I have been trying to play more aggressively, and failed. I learned a lot from your comments, I will try to sharpen my play with them.
