We all know how improvement is commonly defined.
Rank is correlated with improvement in long term, for sure, for anybody, always. But, it would be another fruitless discussion...

Rules are great except for the point about chalenging people with lower total time in schedule.
What's the point of that?
I can dedicate 21h per week for schedule, but I don't see why I wouldn't be able to challenge someone who is more available.

Maybe it's just me, but I have one sugestion.
Make sizes of stones such that they touch each other. As it is now, there's a very little part of a line that can be seen between stones but that hurts eyes.
