Problem Solved, It seems somehow i had an older version still installed on my rig (I wonder how that even happened) which explains the wrong java panel that i was getting despite having the update 55 !

Yes I'm 100% sure i installed it, I even checked the version again right after (when i first got the problem) online (in the oracle java website) and it said u55!

So the msg says "Application Blocked by Security Setting". The settings on my rig are set to "Medium", and I'm also running Java 7u55 on Windows 7 SP1 (64-bit). A screenshot of the msg box below.

After installing the Java v7 update 55 this morning on my rig, the KGS applet is blocked by Java Security . Preposterous stuff, 60 games is what i play in a span of 2 months xD! I wonder how many energy drink cans he's consuming while playing that insane amount of games in a single day!
