I'm not an expert but I can basically perform those actions on GoPanda1.
1) my games are saved locally.
2) I can just click on my profile, then select a game and use the teach function the most simply in the world.

So I assume that if it was a server related issue I won't be able to do so on ...

- When starting a review, « From sgf » , « From last game » and clicking on ok, nothing happens.
