I made so many mistakes in this game its crazy. I am not used to playing at that speed so some of the more obvious tactical mistakes were because of me panicking under the time pressure or not reading fast enough ...

Moves 74 and 75 were terrible play on both sides. Apparently white did not realize he had placed my group in atari with 73 and I did not notice so I daftly played 74 instead of connecting that group or capturing whites group. Immediately after 75 I noticed.
