I'm having the same problem. I'm able to connect via telnet and via the android client, but GoPanda2 immediately displays "Connection error" when I attempt to log in.
A packet trace shows GoPanda2 doing a dns lookup on igs.joyjoy.net, getting a reasonable response back, and then never sending any ...
