Re: Petition to M&M's to make a 바둑 edition

Re: Go AI World Championship 2020

Anyone know if the engines were optimised for the given hardware? It's not uncommon for tuning to be required to get best results.

Re: Lee Sedol v HanDol

Does anyone know how strong Handol is? The first I'd heard of it was this match. There was another Korean bot DolBaram which has been a regular of bot competitions which I think is weaker than LZ.

Lee Sedol, if I recall correctly!, did say a month ago that he expected to lose all the games ...

Re: Is there a Go server that doesn't require Java?

There is a windows and mac package that handle just having a runtime environment for cgoban. There's nothing extra to install.
Can you post the link to this please?
I for one don't know of a Mac KGS package that includes Java <shrug> but here are the official KGS downloads: http://www.gokgs.com ...

Java programmes require you to install a runtime environment in order to run them. This runtime environment is bundled with stuff that "phones home", automatic update services and, in the past, with blatant malware in the form of the Ask Toolbar.

Re: Go problems don't bring any result?
