Re: Life & Temptations
As a matter of fact, I'd be interested in playing Soccer because it looks a lot more fun than other sports (even though I still prefer American football). Only problem is, I'm 21 and poorly conditioned. I'm definitely too old to start now.
I hate to hear that ! Age, especially at 21, is not an ...

Re: Why do KGS admins let the EGR be such a den of stupidity
When I used to play on KGS ( stoped to play go like 3 months ago ) I almost never went to EGR. But from time to time, after a game, I would stop there.

Re: Starcraft II
So, I bought SC2. And I'm playing through the single player missions. Arg. Choices like Haven make me all twisted up inside.
In other news, I'm terrible at multiplayer, I'm in the practice league, and uh, yeah, I suck. Of course, I usually suck at multiplayer in RTS. It's not my forte. I tend to ...

Re: Starcraft II
Hey everyone,
I am absolutely terrible at SC2.
I played through SC1 and WC3 campain but never enjoyed playing vs. games. For some reasons, I got somewhat hooked to the ladder games in SC2 and play a game now and then. I played like 20 games so far with a win/loss ratio around 3/17 or something ...

Re: Do you think iTunes is bloated?
Maybe one problem here is that there are two kinds of music player :
1) Winamp like : user organise his files as he wishes at the folder/files level
2) iTunes like : the software manage the music files for you
I used to be a winamp user back in the days when me and all my friends would listen to ...

Re: KGS escaper policy - explicit enough?
Problem with KGS is that we have two tools mixed in one. There a 3 situations :
1) I can't finish this game right now, can we please adjourn it ?
-> If "Yes", the other player click the "Ok" button on the "adjourn game" pop up window that appear on his screen.
-> If "No", the player who ...

Re: How Deep does The Rabbit Hole Go?
I am 31, started go one and half a year ago. I am now 6k kgs.
I feel like I can reach 1 dan kgs, which is my "reasonable" goal. When/if I reach shodan kgs, I will want to get to my less reasonable goal : 3 dan EGF. I feel it is less reasonable because it looks like one have to work a lot to get ...

I looooovveee KGS. But the french room is home of so many trolls ... pushing people around without being "too aggressiv". They even take pride and display quote of people getting mad at them ...

Re: Go board for people who suffers sight loss
The board Pierre plays on is no longer available. It has the advantage to be portable too.
There is a possibility of a board for blind people coming from Japan some times in the future (according to Pierre).
I am part of Pierre students, and there is another person losing sight among our group of ...

Do you make him do tsumego ? Because there was a semeai ( killing race, am I spelling it right ? ) problem in one of the game you are showing (it is not an hard one, but not a trivial one none the less )
