I agree with Robert that you shouldn't be focusing on joseki dictionaries. It's really a waste of time for anyone to focus much effort studying those types of books.

The second book of go is no longer in print, so that's why it's so expensive. It's a bit of a shame, because I thought it was a great book to read for beginners after they read the cho chikun introduction book.

I'll do my best, but hopefully Tchan will give you much better explanation:)
