I'm trying to connect to KGS and it tells me than I've been banned for "trying to circumvent existing ban"... ¿is it for using Go Universe?

Wow, so sad you have had this terrible experience. I know nothing about Go teachers but I'm sure not all amateurs are this unprofessional. It's not a matter of being pro or amateur, is about being responsible or an cad. Good to know his name, I hope you find someone that really wants to teach Go.

Second book of Go was my first book after knowing the basics and play some games and I really liked it. There're parts that could seem difficult at first but it gives a pretty good general idea of the game and you can always read it again after gaining some levels to make more profit from it.
