Re: How to handle an invasion in a 4x4 joseki
Hi,
I am not having a specific game in mind.
The asumption is there are no stones close, let's say there are stones in the other 3 corners, white and black.
I do not want specific variations, more like how to approach this situation.

How to handle an invasion in a 4x4 joseki
Hi,
what is the best way to handle the following invasion ?
Let's say I want to keep as much territory in the corner as I can.
If there are resources on the web, please post them here.
Thank you.

Advice for someone playing to fast
I have this problem: when my opponent plays fast, I tend to play fast too. Regardless of time limit.
Any advice?
Anyone had this problem too?
Thank you

Re: What strength were you when you started to take lessons?
Thank you for the answer, I get the part with the basics that must be mastered to go further.
I should do something in this direction, indeed.
Just to clarify, I meant 1 Dan amateur, not Pro.

Re: What strength were you when you started to take lessons?
What I am trying to do is to get to 1 dan, nothing more.
Once there, if I get further fine, if not, I will play for pure pleasure.

What strength were you when you started to take lessons?
Hi all,
I am 8k KGS and 12-13k IGS and I am wondering if I should invest in some lessons,
or it would be better to keep playing for a while and gain some more strength.
And what kind of lessons should I try?
Something like Internet Go School, or ask a strong player for regular lessons?
