Thanks for the reply. It is much appreciated. I originally emailed you on 20 Sep. I am a paying customer. And no need for a refund. I use Chrome Version 77.0.38665.90 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 8.1. I might try Internet Explorer to see if that works any better.
