Like this others have said, it is always 1) Exciting when a new Fairbairn comes along, and 2) astonishing how frequently that happens. I will order mine soon, or perhaps pop it on the Christmas list.

A couple of typos in the amazon blurb:
1st paragraph, 5th sentence begins "Just To" - capital T is ...

Is the bus bandwidth a limiting factor for Go engines? You can certainly get eGPUs on Thunderbolt 3 which are capable of moving 25fps ish 4k ish video over the bus. If you had a GPU-only implementation of a Go engine it would only need to be receive the board state, and then later return the co ...

Could you elaborate a little more ? If I watch a Go lecture about a certain joseki, the teacher will explain why the moves are played. So by watching the lecture I should've done the "understanding" part, right ?

I'm a novice player, and this isn't really Go advice, it's learning advice. For me ...
