I just saw it in a pro game that you could push there. But I'm not sure when to do it. I just thought I might get some forcing moves later on the outside so he will think twice about splitting when I pincer... which never happened because he got to secure it lol

And thanks for that beautiful quote. That's probably my end goal (and maybe way of giving back to the community) and it's the stronger reason why I wanted to reach dan. Although because of my lifestyle, I'm not able to devote 100% in go at the least I wanted to learn new stuffs ...

yeah a kick looks good. and R16 is playable so you don't get to the normal 3-3 invasion pattern since white played keima first instead of hane. And also if you block at Q18 white isn't alive yet, I think he could have hane at Q18 first getting back to the normal invasion pattern of 3-3 instead of ...

As long as you are consistent with your studies, you should keep on improving although the results might not show up immediately - is what I believe. (How I wish I was consistent too but meh...)

I just lost a game where I was winning like a hundred pts in a 1x10 sec blitz against a 6k because my net lagged... OTL Right after my moved showed up on the board I already lost with time. lol

When I play blitz I am 6k-5k and that is against a blitz player too.

I registered there as 25k and tried playing. The korean server is strong and the japanese is just right as a 20k-ish but there are sometimes strong players. But I find it hard getting games on every server unless you're lucky someone requests a game.
