ING Go Stones (with our without the fancy geometric bowl that sorts and counts the total stone count) are some of my favorite stones to play with. The stone thickness, the weight, and the way they sit on the board, I like all of these areas. They don't easily break either.

There are comfortable ways of playing on a floor board if you do not want to kill your knees sitting on the floor. You can use meditation benches. Here's an example; it feels no different than sitting on a wooden chair.

You could take a sample of 10 or more books on Amazon.com and compare the retail price to the mode with regard to available used book prices. Applying that averaged ratio to the retail price of each go book would give you a number and a methodology to back it up.
