LTB ING Go Stones

ING Go Stones (with our without the fancy geometric bowl that sorts and counts the total stone count) are some of my favorite stones to play with. The stone thickness, the weight, and the way they sit on the board, I like all of these areas. They don't easily break either.

I understand that ...

Re: Repairing dents on the surface of a go board // wax or o

With regards to moisture and heat applied to dents, here's a similar process but applied to a mandolin hardtop. I found this helpful and wanted to append it to this post.

Re: How not to promote a go club in the middle of nowhere

I feel that Aji's quest (and the printable brochure introducing Go) might be helpful for OP. Just going to leave this here.

Re: Komputer Go Server?

My last several games on KGS have been against Hirabot 3D. My mentality is that since nobody is going to observe my game anyway, why not play the strongest opponent possible so that I can learn new things? (This was pre-Leela and Crazystone) I believe a lot of people feel this way. The reality is ...

Curious to see how others would do ...

Game 6

Hi everyone. It's been awhile since I posted here and that is due to a couple of reasons. The most significant of which is my time investment in Biochemistry . The similarity between Go and DNA, for example, is quite striking. In Go, we have two colors (black and white) that form intricate ...

Re: Sabaki SGF editor

Hey yishn! I have some additional feedback for you.

Recently, I needed to take a marked up SGF file with comments and variations and upload it to a go server to work with a teacher to review it. I didn't want my cluttered self review with opponent to show up, so I had to manually go through it ...
