The link to Matti Siivola's proposals in the OP does not work. I looked at Matti Siivola's page , and could not find a link to the proposals there...

Three recommendations for science fiction. (I agree with plenty of earlier recommendations, but two are new, and one is for a particular series by a previously mentioned author. I rarely read fantasy, and usually find it very disappointing.)

Thanks! I've watched the Honinbo on IGS in the past. It seems that these title matches are about the only time one sees much comment on IGS. Of course, since the games are broadcast live, there is plenty of time to talk and analyze between moves. I'm looking forward to reading your twitter ...
