I agree with not setting goals for a particular rank and you mentionned that any improvement is fine which is good.

There is one good way to not care about rank but still stay competitive.

Having rank anxiety myself (I think this is what it is called) I've tried many things to overcome the problem ...

It's sad because Kaya had a good user base from the start which is more than any new Go server can ask.
I remember the free beta accounts release days; people could register 900 accounts in a few hours!

In China, NO serious player should have a starting rank below 5k-1d.

Serious player = You're a kid and your parents have a teacher coming once a week or you're a little older, you played at school and took some lessons.

The only realistic way of succeeding is identity card identification.

Can kgs verify my identity from my French ID? Can they make sure an ID number is a valid one? For any country?
If they can (which I doubt) I'll never register.

Hope it's not a big issue. Kaya has been working excellently for me.
I've been experiencing huge lag on kgs recently while I could play on kaya and download at the same time!

I don't think he is 4d, but again we played each 130 moves in 10 minutes...
Lots of garbage in there (move 106 for example) but since it was kind of a blitz game, I'd like to see what are my bad reflexes/automatism/habits
