Hi.

Does anyone know a good eidogo.com alternative for quickly (preferably anonymously)
sharing the sgf of a go-problem or a go-game?

I like eidogo, but often it seems to malfunction and it's also annoying that you can't remove nodes from the tree of game-states, so the only way is to start over with a new tree if you make a mistake and you want to get rid of the mistake.

The webversion of sabaki is much nicer in that respect, but as far as I can see it doesn't offer any option to store sgf data there so you can obtain a weblink for easy sharing on forums.

https://sabaki.yichuanshen.de/web/#

Oh, I see that while eidogo.com doesn't appear to be working right now
for sgf sharing, there are clones like http://go.ba.net/ that do seem to work.
If I try to obtain a link from eidogo, it says "Received invalid game data".

gokifu.com allows uploading of an sgf file, but that's a bit cumbersome (I'd prefer it if it allows uploading raw SGF data). Also, it's using flash, which is a hassle, since it's often blocked by default in the browser.

greetings and thanks in advance for any suggestions, Niek

GoKibitz might be what you're looking for.

I don't see any way to upload sgf data/files to the site without signing up or logging in.

I'm looking for sites that are most convenient to use, so without any requirement that people have to sign up or
register first, both for viewing content and for sharing content.

It's not obvious, but you can delete mistakes in the tree in eidogo. If you want to delete a black move and all subsequent variations, change the tool to black stone and click on the errant move, confirm in the dialog about remove all tree and tada! The game tree UI doesn't redraw immediately, but if you then save and reload you will have a nice clean game tree.
