According to Dr Teal's rating lists, Choi Jeong had about 10% against each Fan Yunrou and Peng Liyao (9164, 58th in Korea). Also interesting is the is the resultant schedule-- 05-31, 06-01, LG Cup 06-02, Korean Baduk League and probably Korean Women's Baduk League on the same day 06-04~06-10, Huanglongshi Cup, however most likely wouldn't need to play any games. I'm not sure if in Japan, scheduling two matches on the same day is avoided as I've never heard of an incident as such, but this is the second time I've heard from Korea... |

Some of these are fast games. Playing two games a day isn't rare, even in Japan. For example, check the GLOBIS Cup. |

OUCH. Meng meng thought the game started at 9:30 china time but it actually starts 9.. so he came 18 mins late and lost 36 mins against shin jinseo just like that... not only the time, it'll probably affect his mood a lot too for such an important match... ugh! He's the only one I really really really want to win today... please... |

Dang Yifei was the surprise of the round. He was the runner-up in 2012 BC Card Cup, so he will become 9p if he can make the final here. |

Seems Shin was leading pretty much the whole way, but a misread caused his whole group to suddenly die. |

Man, if meng meng beat Shin, he would've had a very good chance against dang yifei. This was the best chance for him to get in an international final.... so sad
