Does anyone know if it is possible to buy this book from anyone who distributes in the US? The only place I've seen it so far is http://www.goshop-keima.com/, which operates from the Netherlands and charges either $8 in shipping for 3-14 working days delivery, or ~$20 for 1-2 week delivery.

I read that it was republished by Hinoki Press, which was acquired by GoGameGuru, but I don't know their current status after an earlier thread, and I didn't see it on their store.

You can read it on iPad, iPhone, and/or Macintosh via GoBooks

The publisher (Slate and Shell) told me it is out of print.
Last year they found one box full somewhere, which was distributed to retailers.
There may be copies in stock at some retailers.
I know nothing about republishing by Hinoki or GoGameGuru and I have not been asked.

As Darrell says, it is available from GoBooks as an e-book. That version is newer and slightly improved (I did the changes and coding myself), as well as having interactive diagrams and other GoBooks features.

Bizarre, I swear I saw the bit about Hinoki this morning while searching, but now Google gives me nothing, and it does seem like you might know about something about the matter...

I will probably buy the SmartGo version, though I do quite like having a physical book.
