Hi,

I tried to order some go books on dangdang.com but I never succeed to pay with my credit cards :sad:
I tried with three credit cards (Visa - Mastercard) but none of them worked.

There is another option to pay which is money transfer but the infos for the tranfer are incomplete (BIC & IBAN missing)

Did anyone manage to pay on this website ?
Could you tell me how you did this ?

For customer aboard they support online payment (Visa Card、Master Card、American Express) or bank transfer (depends on currency, details below)

I've paid using Visa so it should work. After entering your payment details do you get an email requesting extra information (first 4 and last 4 digits)? Of course if you can read Chinese it will be easier for you than it was for me.

@kokomi

Oh by money tranfer I mean bank tranfer.
I'm sorry for my bad english haha.

I knew it wasn't working because I translated the paiement page and it's was saying "05 : Rejected" plus the status of the order was "waiting for paiement".

But with the link you gave me with all the bank details I think I can manage to pay via bank tranfer.
I'm in France so I think I can pay my order to the german bank but I don't have the amount in Euro...

@CnP

I tried with my Visa card and didn't succeed :/
It was asking for my birthdate to confirm it was really me and that's it.
It's strange because I've already paid in China and Hong Kong with this card during a trip.

Did you call your bank advisor for advice? It seems to be a problem of the card, sometimes they block payment abroad and you need to phone the customer service to unlock it. But if you have used your card in China, maybe this does not apply to your case.

It doesn't matter which country you are in, it's what currency your bank account is. If it's not a Euro account, you should not pay to that german bank.

In my case it's an euro account so I have to pay to the german bank.
But the question is : "how much ?"
Change rate is different in every bank and Dangdang doesn't tell how much I have to pay in Euro :/
