I bought this book a couple of months ago, along with a few others, so I'm only just now getting around to reading it.

I like it a lot. Its easy to read and easy to follow the game as well as the variations discussed.

Its like reading a Malkovich game :)

Its interesting to see both teams come up with the same, or similar variations, yet they still manage to surprise each other often enough too.

Yeah, I picked it up a month or two back when it was on sale, and it's great so far.

I have all of JF's books and they are all great. I buy these sorts of books right away because all too often go books go out of print and then it's really hard to get them. Regarding the AGA E-Journal poll about favorite go books, Nakayama's Treasure Chest Enigma was a frequently-mentioned book but quite a few people who would have liked to read it couldn't because they missed out on the second edition. The first edition sold out pretty fast, and Slate&Shell had a special on the second edition which sold out fast then. So ...

Het Paard still has Treasure Chest Enigma, that's where I got it from. :)

My next book order is probably going to be JF's books.
