English Game Room, see accounts EGC2010 and EGC2010Bot.

The 9x9 game was a convincing win for the humanity, 19x19 game with 7 handicap stones will follow shortly.

Awww, the bot plays handicap-weasel style.

Yeah, but if I was giving somebody 7 stones, and they played 3-3 points in the opening like that, I wouldn't offer them a game again any time soon.

I would.

A human player has weaknesses all over his game. If he gives you 7 stones, the reasons for the strength difference are in all stages. If he starts out with "weaseling", he is shedding points for security, but he will not be able to keep a small advantage through the late mid- and the endgame.

A bot using UTC (refined, etc.), on the other hand, has its weakest game at the start, and progressively gets stronger the closer the game comes to the end. It actually makes sense for it to give up points, as long as it survives to the stage where its strengths are.
