Was trying to improve my counting of terrority at the end

Here is my analysis.
I think in this game you are not reading well. Many times you have a good position only to immediately give away that advantage, or you have a very weak position and don't reinforce it.
(EDIT: Just checked that there were really short byo-yomi periods, so the later mistakes are understandable.)

:b11: Black botched the 3-3 invasion in the beginning by playing the hane underneath, however...
:w18: This was an overplay. White should just atari the cutting stone and push it a few times, then make an extension for both groups while Black is still trying to run out in the center.
:b27: This is so painful.
:b29: Overplay by Black. If Black kept pushing, he could have killed it. Which means that you should have immediately given up the :w18: stone to extend on the top.
:w38: Why play this move? You have so much thickness now, I would want to play an enclosure on the bottom at R6.
:w54: Just connect at Q4, and Black's attach seems silly.
:w58: - :w62: Why? This is so small and Black gets to hane at the head of two stones. It really wastes your thickness on the top after this.
:w70: Tenuki is premature, you need to protect your many cutting points. After B cuts at Q4 and extends, the game seems difficult for you.
:w82: Pushing is slow. Jumping is better.
:white:138 This was a huge mistake—you should've pushed on the other side. Your left side group is very safe, but your right side group is quite vulnerable. I think Black can kill the whole White group with :black:141 at O10. Black could even play something like O6 to live locally.

Well spotted by WindCaliber. Why do you bother to work on your counting at 10 seconds per move! This is dreaming. :)

Guess I have to work on handling my shapes even better

At move 54, you played the natural fighting move, a hane at the head of two stones. But this is one of those positions where covering your own cutting point is worth more than whatever harm the enclosing could do to him.
You can let him have a comfortable but modest life in the corner by avoiding all fights ( connect with 1; move 3 is not at P2 ). Your outside wall works wonderfully with the circled stones.

Make B suffer more this way.
( If :b2: cuts at (a), you fight with B. ) (*)

One problem was :w58: , as WindCaliber pointed out.

:w18: ....White should just atari the cutting stone...

WC is correct that 18 is the wrong way, and should be saved for a ko threat or just left for yose. But attacking the cutting stone only makes it stronger. ( It now has two liberties. Atari it, and black adds a stone, then it has three liberties. )
Better to just leave it, let black worry about it, and he may have to strengthen it in gote.
Extend along the side with something like L17.

Fun game to look over :)

The one thing I see "wrong" with it at first glance is that white didn't use his thickness optimally. I think you got little out of that huge wall in the end. Thickness like that could dominate half the board
