Post subject:  Translation Help?

I've recently started using tygem and find it to be a really interesting go server. Though I can not read chinese (I'm using this through the TOM client, just to clarify), I've mostly been relying on the translations I've found at: to figure out how to play games, etc.
Well I've recently started toying with the betting system, and though I don't understand it all, I've been getting by. Two nights ago I was betting on a couple of games, and a few lasted a little longer than I had expected so I had to go to bed before they were finished. I had the same thing happen to me last night. Now when I open the client, I have two windows open. The first obviously being the client, but the second one I think has to do with the bets that I left when I logged out. I have provided a few screenshots of what I'm referring to. If someone could explain to me what this says and how to deal with it appropriately (yesterday I tried clicking around, but it didn't seem to change anything), I would greatly appreciate it. *in this image, i clicked on the left option from the previous image (image3)

Also as a side note, I'd like to see a translation of what the items are when you open the betting options.

I tried to add these as images, but I'm pretty new to this forum (as well as photobucket honestly :) ...) and it had difficulty "determining the dimensions of the image", and I couldn't figure out how to get them to display correctly... If someone could help with this as well, that would be great ;-)

The screenshots are very helpful, of course, but there are many items.
Could you be more specific? I cropped one button from one of your screenshots and attached it here.
Also, better resolution would help (I attached an "Estimate" button screenshot for comparison.)

Its not so much the user interface or the text that I'm concerned with... For the most part, I want to know what this message box (that now opens everytime i restart the client) is about and how to deal with it. Most likely I'll get this answer from someone who frequents tygem, but I do appreciate your help EdLee.
I made some clearer pictures of the screenshots and cropped out the rest of the screen, I also managed to get them to work this time, so you don't have to worry about the links from the first post.

Betting Items (provided a few for examples)
As far as the items in the last 2 pictures, I'd like to know what the bottles (i think they're bottles? maybe jars?) are and what they do.

Ok, so a friend of a friend was able to read Chinese and explain to me that the previous posts were basically just a notification of my bets being finished (letting me know if I had won them or not). However, I've recently started using Tygem through the Eweiqi program and have noticed a lot of differences (none of the server names appear to be the same as TOM, needing to have points for automatches, etc).
One new annoyance that keeps coming up is that I can no longer use the score estimator. If it were just occurring in my own games, I wouldn't have much of a problem with it (probably just assume that my opponent turned it off beforehand), but this problem continues even when I am observing a game. I keep getting this dialog box:

Which I have not been able to get help with yet. The person who was able to help me could read Chinese but he was not familiar with the server so I couldn't get much help from him. If someone could help out with this post, it would be greatly appreciated. I saw mention of this issue but in a different context at:

I have eweiqi currency (what you win from winning games), so I'm not sure that the mention of needing to have 1000 points to use the score estimator has anything to do with it, but this was said: "signing up as a silver, gold or diamond member would qualify you for more free features". Does this cost money? Can anyone explain this process? Thanks very much.
