Hey everyone, I've been playing Go now for a whole month. Solidly 25k on OGS. I've been playing a ton of correspondence games, some live games, and a lot of learning. It's been an experience.

Looks like I have a few groups for local play that are about a minimum hour drive from my location, so I decided to look into how could I start something more local. Just throwing this out there, but if things work out, over the summer we may just be starting a club in the Kitsap County area.

Would be awesome to meet some players IRL soon!

Welcome! I hope you enjoy the game and are able to find some other players nearby.

Thanks! Out of a lot of other games I definitely feel this one is right up my alley. Simple in approach to learning the basics, but mastery is lifelong. I am looking forward to becoming better over the years to come. I hope so too, I know I have a few larger groups in the area, but I am thinking of carving out my own territory, bridging the gap between the two.
:rambo: Lots of work, but I think this may be a worthwhile. I plan on maybe setting something up by Summer.
