Was it from that Tom Hanks movie where he is stranded and starts a relationship with a soccer ball? |

I'm in!!! Has anybody tried Malkovich here yet? Does it work OK? I'd really like to transfer my game with magicwand, it was just getting interesting when the forum exploded. |

Diagrams have been made to work recently, and there actually is a Malkovich section, so yes. Edit: I mean, Malkovich games should work, since all the parts needed work, but I don't think anyone is trying one yet. |

wms: I have just transferred my game with magicwand here as well. Diagrams work fine, though they can be hard to edit (hence my "Monospace Font" thread in Forum Suggestions). Now all we're waiting for is magicwand, assuming he shows up. Edit: ninja'd by Phelan. |

It was not any particular reference. I just wanted to convey the image of a refugee, I suspect that the general idea has been used in dozens of movies. It is very archtypal - signaling a rebirth. |

Heh, for some reason, it had me thinking of this. |

I figured maybe it was a reference to Heaven Knows, Mr. Allison, since that's got a scene with a goban. Not that the two characters know what to do with the goban, of course.... And I don't think Joaz is going to find a nun as hot as Deborah Kerr, either. |

I am loving this thread so far! It reminded me of both a scene from discworld and/or Hitchiker's guide, and one of the intros to MP's flying circus. Anyway, it was a great introduction. |
