I have a couple of things to offer as a feedback, after one month spent in the League. The technical part is pretty much ok, and even though some days I have to spend a few hours waiting for an opponent, I think it's still easy to get some games generally. (though, for sure, it got more difficult after I played my first 40 games). From what I understand, the ASR was created so as to grant players a free, appropriate environnement in which to study, play, and learn or teach, and share values. From the ASR website, I quote " Be friendly, helpful, and always offer to review in games where you are the stronger player." Friendly, helpful. Yes indeed. Pretty much normal. I didn't think it would be useful to even mention it on a website if I had to choose, but it was useful. Some players in the League (I'm thinking of two players in particular) do not seem to share those friendly values. One of them, at the end game, while we were still in yose, started random nonsensical moves because he was losing. The other, just resigned, left the game, didn't thank me after the game. I think this is utter rudeness. I didn't report them to the ASR admins, I censored them. And I won't give names either.

But I wish ASR could implement specific rules for cases of the likes.
