I'll be entering as Bilapidate at 1k.

For those who may have a concern about a player in a tournament where he is also the TD, in the event that there is any dispute in which I am involved in as a player, Topazg has agreed to step in as temp TD to resolve it.

Two things: First, I'm not worried about you (or anyone else for that matter)...Second, you have provided a solution if a dispute comes up (I'm not anticipating anything), so that is acceptable.

One thing isn't clear to me from the new first post: what's the format of the challenge between the winner of the tournament and incumbent champion? I assume it's at least three games, if the challenger is chosen in a best of three. Does the challenger start with losses?

Correct me if I'm wrong Joaz, but I don't think the winner of last year's tournament has any affect on the winner of this year's tournament. In fact, Tabemasu (last year's winner) didn't even register for this year's.
