I'd guess KGS 6k, or maybe 7k :)

I'd like to enter. I'm 1k. My"quantumf" account is a bit out of whack, I don't usually use it, but it'll make things easier to use a synched account. I'll try and get it normalised before the time.

I'll be entering as Bilapidate at 1k.

For those who may have a concern about a player in a tournament where he is also the TD, in the event that there is any dispute in which I am involved in as a player, Topazg has agreed to step in as temp TD to resolve it.

Two things: First, I'm not worried about you (or anyone else for that matter)...Second, you have provided a solution if a dispute comes up (I'm not anticipating anything), so that is acceptable.

Thanks for the reminder Joaz. I'll enter again. At least I'll get myself to play 2 games, right? ;)

I'm (still :roll: ) ~8k - though haven't played much besides a couple games on OGS against friends/club members, so hopefully that's close.

We have a relatively balanced tree. I hope this is everybody. If you have a last minute urge to join, we can fit you in, but your pairings may be very unfavorable.

Assuming that the registration is indeed finished, I made major edits to the first post in this thread. All participants are strongly urged to re-read the first post.

One thing isn't clear to me from the new first post: what's the format of the challenge between the winner of the tournament and incumbent champion? I assume it's at least three games, if the challenger is chosen in a best of three. Does the challenger start with losses?

Correct me if I'm wrong Joaz, but I don't think the winner of last year's tournament has any affect on the winner of this year's tournament. In fact, Tabemasu (last year's winner) didn't even register for this year's.
