Online playing schedule: When I can
Sorry for asking such an embarrassingly tech non-savvy question..but, I'm trying to get my head around SLOBS for broadcasting content to Twitch. So far, I've worked out how to broadcast games played on clients such as KGS or IGS; but I'm really stuck trying to figure out how to get the Studio to recognise output from a browser, such as when I'm logged onto chess.com

Does anybody know how to do this kind of thing? (And please keep it simple!)

Thanks!

I'm aware of only one method for this, assuming you only want to stream the viewport of the browser, not the entire window.
You can use window capture like usual; the cropping feature is hidden under Filters. You can right click your window capture source, select Filters and then select Crop/Pad from the list. You'll have to manually adjust how much to crop from each side of the screen and it kind of locks the window to a single position; in this case, adjusting it when the window is maximized will be the easiest to manage I reckon.

As a side note, I was wondering whether to mention my impression of how bloated SLOBS is, but after I got a random spam email from them just now, I figured it's worth mentioning that OBS is available without all this crap.
