Hi Buying a present for my better half from our shared bank account. If I buy from a reseller on Amazon, what gets printed on our online banking / bank statement? Is it a payment to Amazon or will it show the specific name of the reseller? I don't want to spoil the surprise

Try to use Amazon's real-time text chat with a human (sometimes in India, depeding on the time of day?) to ask them this specific question. ( I don't know about a bank statement; but I think, not absolutely sure, that a credit card statement would show Amazon, as long as you go through Amazon's website and use their 'Place Order' button. ) |

But I've had good experience with them; at least I don't recall any particularly bad experience with them.I'm glad they have a 24/7 live chat. Not all companies do this. And it seems a very natural area where deep learning systems can help a lot (re: Watson, Siri, Alexa, g.Assistant, power-grids management(Google), medicine, etc.) |
