I am getting some weird results, which may have to do with updating Firefox last night to version 79.0.

When I go to the first post of Interesting top policy move, or, in fact, any post of that topic, all I see is the diagram on the original page. The same is true for my Opening problems for AI topics.

And when I go to my last post on This 'n' That, diagrams from elsewhere show up. But they don't show up if I try to edit the post.

If anybody has any idea what's going on I would appreciate your help. Thanks. :)

Since posting the above I have restarted Firefox in "safe mode", which eliminates the weirdness. Now I just have to go through the process of reinstalling addons.

Hmmmm. It seems that the problem lies with the combination of Firefox 79.0 and NoScript. Life in 19x19 is one of the trusted sites, so NoScript should not do anything, but somehow it does. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate your help. Thanks. :)

Hmmm. Well, if I get the weirdness, it seems that reloading the page works. An irritation, but I would hate to lose NoScript. :)

I've used Noscript for years. The update to FF 79.0 caused no problems here.

I was looking at the NoScript forums. Take a look in this thread about recent problems. Page down approximately once and you can see a recommendation to try an updated release candidate, v 11.0.37rc1. This seems to have solved various peoples' problems.

Did this end up solving your problem, Bill? If not, I'd be happy to deep-dive into this one with you to see if I can help diagnose/resolve it.
