Post subject:  Quantum Go open beta

Hello,

I am Arne, one of the developers of the Quantum Go server. Since the open beta has only started last month, you might not have heard of it yet.

To get an idea of the game, I've translated the original announcement from the German Go association's website to what I like to call English:

Quote:
Quantum Go is a variant of the game Go in which indeterminate moves, i.e. moves that fork the stream of possible realities, are played, whereby the position of the stones thus placed is not definite.

The additional rules are relatively easy to learn, but lead to deep and interesting game situations where familiar Go concepts have to be partially reinterpreted.

You may have heard of a similar game described here: [1, 2, 3].
The biggest difference is that the determination only takes place when a stone could be caught.
This allows multiple stones to be correlated.

The rules can be read here, but there are also videos in which the rules and some basic strategy is explained.

If you have any questions or problems, feel free to ask me.
