Here is a game I just played on KGS, I won by 2,5 points but since it's close I hope to learn from my mistakes.
I think I messed up everywhere especially in the direction of play. I need a few ideas of what I can do better or where I need to improve.

Re: KGS 4k vs 3k
Hey, a few thoughts (though I'm obviously no expert):
Move 19: I think this move is a bit slow... its kinda like making two eyes in gote unnecessarily.. You have miai between escaping your group and this move if he starts to surround you.
Move 53: Though it could work, I think this is an overplay.. You have a lot of points, why are you invading deeply into the opponents zone of influence and staking the game on your survival?? It seems like a questionable strategic decision. I think you should jump from your weak group to f12 or so. Since you can also threaten groups on the right, you should have no trouble in this game. o7 also seems good shapewise.
Move 61: at this point I think you should play b6 in sente first to give better shape to your group
Move 63: "don't push if you aren't gonna cut", I think that's a proverb
Move 83: I think this move should be at e17, making eyespace for your group. you should have no trouble reducing white's center bc you still have moves like h10 or n7
Move 87: This is your first actual bad move in my opinion, pushing behind like this is too generous to the opponent.
Move 97: another pushing from behind shape mistake
Move 155: this move doesn't do much, and erases the aji of p13
Move 161: this move loses a point or two in sente
I am commenting on your mistakes but overall i thought you played really well...
hope this helps a bit,
take care,
dave
