Hi everyone!

I've been member for a couple of days now, but I read it since some time before, and I wanted do introduce myself.

<errg..>

Let's see... I'm a 23 (24 tomorrow) years old spainard starting my Ph.D on Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence and Go related so far), I've been playing/studing seriously since 30/12/2011, so 6-months now (with 3 months in full hiatus due to my Masters excess of work, XD)... but I knew just the rules since a couple years ago (3, I think... I was a 16k or so) when I started teaching the rules to complete beginners at japanese cultural events but then I went to study abroad, Japan and Finland, and I sadly couldn't keep up with Go.


Anyway I just reach 7-8k in KGS, so now than I'm free until Jenuary (that I move to UK)... I will resume my Go studies and try to reach 1k-1d, or at least as close as I can, before the end of the year (yeap, too optimistic). I hope you all can help me ;-)

Will you be getting your PhD in London? What Uni? I'll be moving there for graduate study in September.

Nop, I move there to work (at least yet, but I will think about)... I will continue with my Ph.D. in Spain meanwhile I wait the results of the scolarships that I have applyed to do it in USA or Japan, but I will work at least one year or two there. Hope I see you in the London Go Clubs :)
