Not sure if I won or lost

Trying to count up the stones, and I think I have either won by a half moku or lost by a half moku.

I am unsure how to count the last capture left in my territory.

As it stands I decided not to count it as it would take a stone to capture it. I would lose territory in order to gain a prisoner.

My last cut I could do leads to nothing but peril(unless the opponent makes a mistake) that I can see.

This is what I came up with:

Black: 21 & 10 Prisoners 31moku
White: 25 +6.5komi = 31.5moku

Is this correct? I believe the game is over, and at a stand still with no profitable moves to be made by either side, but I am not sure if this is right.

You do not need to explicitly capture dead stones. At the end of the game (with the agreement of the opponent) they are removed from the board and counted as a prisoner without requiring further play. If scored black would win that game by 1.5 points (2 extra from you, 1 for the extra prisoner and 1 for the extra territory under it).

Move 27 was an obvious mistake.

Sigh can't believe I missed all of these captures.
