I'm not as strong as you, but the first thing that jumps out at me is move 26 (k4) and the sequence which follows. White gets left with a broken shape split by a connected black group, and a lot of white's influence from the right side group starts looking like it will go to waste.

Also, for move 76, why not save the two white stones to keep black cut?

To my mind, by move 114, the game already looks quite difficult for white, as black has 4 corners, including a large top right, and several groups poking into the center to limit white's potential there.

Seems like 114 is necessary and proper. How do you feel about W116 @ K16 instead? I think black has to back off then. He can't win a ko on the bottom with due to the ladder of ko-threats against L17, and K16 looks way more powerful than K18 - both in terms of influence towards the center fights and threatening to connect with N17 and spoil the entire top for black. I think K16 is still sente because of the threat to connect under or over black's stone.

I'm not as strong as you, though, so take it with a grain of salt.

It'll force B into the center and give you the chance to keep both groups on the top alive and connected for territory, yes, but I think you'll have to take gote to make the connection on the top-left. I don't think you want to take gote yet, and I'm not strong enough to tell if you can keep sente long enough to come back to it or sacrifice those stones for profit later. I love the 142-150 sequence and I'm afraid letting B run out with B115 would ruin all that potential.
