Hi, certain text (like the time remaining) in the cgoban client intermittently disappears. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I can only guess -- stab in the dark.
Does this happen only when the CGoban screen is covered (or partially covered) and then uncovered or regains the focus? If so, it looks like a repaint problem.
Anyway, one possibility is a corrupted file in Java. Another possibility is corrupted CGoban file.
Try uninstalling Java on your machine, downloading a fresh copy, and then reinstalling. Also, delete CGoban on your machine, and getting a fresh copy.
