Ah, so that's what this event is (and welcome back trout)! Park had to resign early, did he miss Chen's first line tesuji? That seems pretty noob for a pro. Shin is doing a new variation of this recently popular joseki forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=15300.

I am surprised and please to see Lee Changho beat top 10 pro Tuo Jiaxi as Lee has fallen a long way from his domination of yesteryear (he floats around go ratings #70 the last few years). He seems unimpressed by the AlphaGo style early 3-3 invasions and follows the traditional thinking of letting your opponent crawl on the 2nd line and not mind taking gote for a thick and patient game.
