TygemGo Help or NoHelp
I am a new user of Tygem. My big disappointment with Tygem is that they don't answer requests for help. For example, I have tried to change my avatar to a favorite jpg. The webpage/link for doing that doesn't work, and when I ask for assistance I never get a reply. I even submitted one of my requests in Korean. The Japanese based GoPanda, which I have been using for a couple years, on the other hand consistently acknowledges my questions and usually proved helpful. If you know the secret to getting help on Tygem, I'd appreciate your help. Bill
