European Go Congress 2019 Lightning Tournament Director?

Previously, the European Go Congress 2019 has not planned 13x13 and lightning tournaments. I am in contact with the organisers to possibly organise the 13x13 if the date enables this for me.

However, there still is no organiser / tournament director for a lightning tournament. It would be very nice if someone would do it and contact the congress organisers on the congress webpage's contact form. This Monday, the congress bulletin shall be finalised. For the lightning to make its info into the bulletin, it would be even better if a tournament director contacts them this weekend before Monday.
